Billing Specialist: full-time, in-person, $16-$20 

Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit invoices for work completed for several customer accounts
• Ensure all invoices accurately reflect the customer’s purchase order/agreement
• Process invoices and payments for extra work completed outside of the standard scope
• Review customer’s software for purchase orders and back charges and update internal software
• Work with field superintendents to verify invoices, back charges and other discrepancies
• Follow up and report weekly on the status of outstanding invoices and payments
• Assist with projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar data entry positions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with high levels of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
