All Lot Services, LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Estimator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Review bids, plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Perform material and quantity takeoffs
• Obtain and compare material and subcontractor pricing
• Assist with labor and equipment cost calculations
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals
• Maintain organized estimating records
• Follow up on bids and project information as needed
• Work closely with ownership and field operations to ensure estimates reflect actual project requirements

Projects may include:
Site development, land clearing and excavation, grading, drainage and culverts, septic systems, erosion and sediment control, environmental work, lake bank restoration, and other civil/site work.
