About Us:
We are a small, hands-on kitchen & bath remodeling company. Our showroom specializing in residential renovations and custom designs for clients. Our projects require strong organization, product knowledge, and close client communication throughout the remodeling process.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage showroom operations, assist with product sales, and support project coordination for job sites. This role is ideal for someone with construction and/or design experience who enjoys working directly with clients in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide clients through the product selection process (cabinets, countertops, fixtures, etc.)
• Create and manage project files, proposals, and estimates
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and subcontractors on jobsite logistics
• Maintain the showroom, organize samples, and keep materials current
• Handle phone and email communication with clients, vendors, and trades
• Track project progress and help manage deadlines
• Assist with administrative tasks such as order entry and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in residential remodeling, construction, or interior design
• Familiarity with remodeling timelines, materials, and terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working in a team environment in the showroom
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, and/or project management software

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry sales
• Knowledge of construction drawings or design software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends, No major holidays
