Lemon Bay Glass & Mirror, Southwest Florida’s trusted glass contractor for over 40 years, is actively hiring experienced glass installers for both residential and commercial projects. Our company is growing rapidly, and we need versatile individuals with a strong background in both residential and commercial glass storefronts. Ideal candidates will be capable of fabricating and installing commercial storefronts, windows, and doors.

Location: Englewood, FL 34224
Pay: $20–$30/hr (based on experience)

Open Positions:

• Shower door & custom mirror installers
• Experienced commercial storefront glaziers
• Tabletop & specialty glass cutters

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in glass installation
• Proficiency in measuring, fabrication, and installation of a wide range of high-quality glass products
• Reliability and professionalism are non-negotiable expectations
• Due to our upscale clientele, exceptional attention to detail is essential
• Valid Driver’s License and your own tools

Must Have Skills:

• Read and interpret a tape measure with accuracy
• Construction math proficiency (fractions and conversions: 3 3/16” - 2 1/8” = ? )
• Ability to lift and safely handle up to 100 lbs of glass
