Join us for the CDBIA June General Membership Meeting- 2023 Legislative Update

This has been a successful year for the building industry. We invite you to hear about how FHBA and our legislators have helped our building industry.

All proceeds from this event will go to the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Political Action Committee and Florida Home Builders Political Action Committee.

The meeting will take place at the CDBIA Office, Located at 17984 Toledo Blade Blvd. Port Charlotte, FL33948

CDBIA June General Membership Meeting

This date has been changed to help accommodate our leaders who will be in attendance. 

As the 2023 Legislative Session wraps up, this meeting will give you up to date changes for the building industry.

Joining us for this evening is:

Rusty Payton, CEO Florida Home Builders Association. Rusty will be providing an update on the 2023 Legislative Session, and updates on how some of the new bills will affect construction.

Also, joining is State Representative Spencer Roach, of District 76.

Price is $30 for members, $40 per guest. 

Dinner includes 1 drink ticket. If you are a spike, you will get 2 drink tickets AND if you are a spike who has recruited a member in 2023, you will earn THREE drink tickets!

This will be an evening of networking, education and meeting the leaders of the building industry.

Progressive Pot: At the end of the evening, one CDBIA member's name will be drawn to win the progressive pot. This month, the pot is at $100.00! If the member is present, they will win the pot. If not, we will add $50 to the pot and draw again next month.

The evening will consist of:

• 6:00 Prayer & Pledge
• 6:15 Dinner
• Welcome new members
• Updates about the CDBIA
