You are cordially invited to an evening of celebration as the Charlotte DeSoto Building Industry Association installs Shan Swelland as President and the 2026 Board of Directors and announces its 2025 Builder, Associate, Subcontractor, and Member of the Year. 

The event will take place on December 2nd, 5pm-8pm at The Twisted Fork in Port Charlotte

Tickets are $65 per person

Dinner will be a buffet.
