My name is Carl York,
 After working in the corporate pest control industry, I came to realize the need for local personal pest control service that serves the needs of my community.
  I realized that bigger is not necessarily better in this industry, I deal with customers not numbers.
 I decided to open Bug Off Pest after enduring the quantity not quality approach to service. My goal is to enrich people’s quality of life and provide personal one on one pest services. My mission is to treat you with the upmost respect and kindness while also respecting our environment and ecosystem.  To educate, inform and assure the consumers that the pest control industry provides a valuable service in protecting health, property, food, and the environment.  We would welcome you big or small into the Bug Off Pest family.
