The CDBIA Next Gen Council is proud to partner with the Realtors of PGPCNP’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) as we roll up our sleeves to help bring a family home!

On Friday, September 12th, 2025, we’ll be teaming up with Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity to take part in a build day that will change lives. Together, we’ll be swinging hammers, painting walls, and laying the foundation—both literally and figuratively—for a brighter future.

This day isn’t just about construction—it’s about community. It’s about joining forces to create stability, hope, and opportunity for a family right here in Charlotte County.

No experience necessary! Whether you’re handy with tools or just ready to lend a helping hand, your energy and enthusiasm are all that’s needed. Habitat will provide the guidance, training, and safety instruction—so all you need to bring is a willingness to make a difference.

Together, we’ll be part of something bigger: building more than a house—we’ll be building a home.
