Full job description
- Accurate take-offs from blueprints/ request bids
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide weekly updates in Buildertrend and at staff meetings
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs Compare estimates/bids to budgets
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration or related field
- Proficient in construction software such as Buildertrend and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with contractors and vendors
- Knowledge of construction estimating and cost control principles
- Familiarity with building codes and regulation
