The Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association (CDBIA) is proud to host the national award-winning Show Me the License Home Building & Remodeling Show on September 25-26, 2026, at the Charlotte County Fairgrounds.

This free, family-friendly event brings together the area's most trusted licensed contractors, builders, remodelers, suppliers, and home service professionals, making it the perfect place for homeowners to connect with experts for every stage of their home improvement journey.

Attendees can explore contractor exhibits, watch live demonstrations, attend educational panel discussions, discover the latest products and trends, and enjoy interactive experiences including the High School Student BUILD Challenge, Touch-a-Truck, Kid Zone activities, food trucks, giveaways, and more.

Be a part of the show. Booth price is $1,295 for the 2 day show. CDBIA members can book their booth for $1,095. BOOK NOW. 10 booths are let at the price of $995 for members. Once these booths are sold, the price will be $1095.

Admission is FREE and open to the public.
