Charlotte DeSoto Building Industry Association presents the Sandles Awards & Diamond Gala. 

March 15th at Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club 

Tickets are $75 per person. Event sponsorship is available. Please contact Alaina with any questions. 

The Sandles Awards are named after the late Larry Sandles, a builder from Charlotte County who was a leader in the Sales and Marketing arena. As a charter member of the CDBIA and past president, Larry helped our community gain high level achievements throughout the state. 

The Diamond Gala is the culmination of all the hard work the builders put into their 2025 SWFL Parade of Homes models. Awards are presented based on judging from highly respected peers from across the state. 

This is your opportunity to showcase your outstanding achievements in the industry. Let’s celebrate all areas of building including our subcontractors and leading sales teams. There are over 50 categories for you to choose for your projects and profession.
