Help Wanted- Part time office assistant

Office assistant

4 hours a day 4 days a week. can be VERY flexible, only “must” is Mondays 10-12 minimum

 So 16 hours a week, reviewable


MUST HAVE

Driving license and vehicle

Preferably live in Englewood/Rotonda/SGC area

Computer literate

Quickbooks knowledge

Word

Excel

Be organized

Good telephone manner, friendly and interested


Duties

Payroll – collecting timesheets, reporting to CPA and preparing paystubs and checks

Maintaining insurance records for subs

Ordering materials, and keeping records

Recording change orders

Generally organizing and helping owner

Possibility of helping show potential customers around model and being involved in sales (bonus scheme )

Liaising with clients on choices

permitting


Hours and days very flexible (ideal for a school schedule)

Company cellphone and laptop

Based in model in Rotonda

$15 per hour
