Construction Permitting Coordinator/Administration- Immediate Position
New Home Residential construction office located in Port Charlotte, seeking a full time permitting coordinator / construction assistant.
Job Responsibilities will include:
-Start and maintain new job files
-Preparing documents for permit applications
-Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of individual lot Building Permits
-Maintaining permitting records and documentation for each job
-Maintain job boards
-Various administration duties
-Upload and maintain files in Builder Trend
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Highly organized and able to multi task.
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Buildertrend (preferred but not required)
Construction, Permitting or Administration – 1 year
High school or equivalent
Port Charlotte, FL
Salary: $12 - $15 – based on experience
